Eligibility & Age Restriction
To use 1111pet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1111pet takes its responsibilities regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 18+ Strictly Enforced: Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 1111pet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
When registering, you agree to provide your real full name, a valid and accessible email address, a working mobile number, and accurate date of birth. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
1111pet may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Security: You must notify 1111pet immediately at support@1111pet if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 1111pet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 1111pet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 1111pet account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team and are typically completed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or if additional verification is required.
All funds deposited into your 1111pet account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, the associated account suspended, and pending winnings withheld pending investigation.
- Deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks at our discretion.
- Withdrawal requests may require completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses before they are processed.
- 1111pet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 1111pet accepts no liability.
- Currency conversion is not applicable as all accounts operate exclusively in BDT.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to your 1111pet account:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details page.
- Single Bonus Per Account: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per device, per IP address, and per household. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts is a violation of these Terms.
- Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire and be removed from the account automatically, along with any associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement.
- Abuse: 1111pet reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — is taking place.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using 1111pet, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 1111pet or any affiliated platform.
- Colluding with other players, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any script that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's software or infrastructure.
- Engaging in money laundering or using 1111pet as a vehicle to process funds of illicit origin.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1111pet staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith.
1111pet monitors all activity on the platform using automated and manual processes to detect rule violations. Where a violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to take any of the enforcement actions described above without prior notice. Any decision made by 1111pet in relation to prohibited conduct is final and binding.
Game & Betting Rules
All games available on 1111pet — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and by the general platform rules set out here. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail unless otherwise stated.
For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic BPL matches). 1111pet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered erroneously, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data error.
- Disconnections: In the event of a connection loss during a live game or bet placement, 1111pet will attempt to restore the session to its last valid state. The platform accepts no liability for losses arising directly from a player's own internet connectivity issues.
- Game Malfunctions: Any malfunction in a game's software that produces an invalid result will render the affected bet void, and the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of play.
- Winnings Cap: Certain promotions or game types may carry a maximum winnings cap, which will be clearly disclosed in the relevant game or promotion terms.

Account Closure & Suspension

Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.
1111pet may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
